Job: Sales Representative

Blue Bison Division of Paragon GRC Solutions, is seeking a Sales Representative.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking to expand our sales & marketing team and looking for a Cayman based Sales Professional, with at least 3 years’ direct commercial sales experience to promote and sell the highly successful Blue Bison HR/Payroll software solutions.

​

This role has a real customer focus and requires the individual to be engaging and knowledgeable. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding realistic revenue goals.

Role & responsibilities:

​

• Gain a deep functional understanding of the Blue Bison software product suite.

• Implement and follow a sales process to ensure any and all organizations that have a need that our products can fulfill are aware of our solutions

• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from initial contact, product demonstration, proposal and post installation client sales support.

• Grow the already extensive client base on a monthly basis (add to the already 5,000 plus local employees that are being supported by Blue Bison HRM/payroll software).

• Work closely with marketing to ensure our products and services are being promoted via web site and social media

• Provide regular feedback to the software development team to ensure our products will meet the client/market needs.

• Keep the sales opportunity system updated on weekly basis and provide management with regular progress reports.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

​

• A proven track record in providing excellent customer service and exceeding sales goals

• Excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone, and the ability to liaise with clients at all levels, with a high focus on customer satisfaction

• Experience in selling Human Resource Management software or similar line of business applications, would be advantageous but not a requirement.

• Time Management with ability to multitask and prioritize

• Technical competence with the use of commercial software.

Education level: Minimum High School Diploma with tertiary education desired

​

Starting Salary: USD$45,000.00 base with a very achievable USD70, 000.00 for on target revenue earnings

​
